These terms apply to your use of customerbot.io ("CustomerBot", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who runs CustomerBot

CustomerBot is owned and operated by 42TSM LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 407 Lincoln Road, Suite 708, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA. Email: hello@42tsm.com. Pages are researched and edited by the CustomerBot Editorial Team.

What the site is, and what it is not

CustomerBot is an independent buyer's guide to AI receptionists, voice agents, support chatbots and helpdesk AI. Our profiles, comparisons, guides and the savings calculator are general information to help you compare products. They are not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and they do not replace your own checks.

Vendors change prices, plans, billing units and features often. We date our checks and correct mistakes when we find them (see how we check facts), but we cannot promise that every page is complete, accurate or current when you read it. Always confirm prices, terms and features with the vendor before you buy. Calculator results are estimates based on published prices and the assumptions shown on the page.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Editorial independence, affiliate links and sponsorship

CustomerBot is free to read. We earn money from affiliate and referral links, labelled sponsored placements, referral fees paid by implementers we introduce you to, and newsletter sponsorship, as explained on our disclosures page. Each vendor profile states whether we have a commercial relationship with that vendor. Sponsored placements are always labelled "Sponsored" and sit outside the editorial tables. Payment never changes prices, features, watch-outs, test results or the order of comparison tables.

Vendors and advertisers

Vendor listings are free. Paid options (such as fast-track review, featured slots, sponsored guides, sitewide sponsorship and newsletter sponsorship) are described, with current prices and any minimum terms, on our Advertise page. A paid placement is agreed separately when you book it, and the price and minimum term shown when you order apply to that booking. Unless we agree otherwise in writing: we decide the placement's format and label; we may decline or remove sponsored content that is misleading, unlawful or off-topic; and a sponsor's content remains the sponsor's responsibility.

Information you send us

When you request a profile, report a correction or book a placement through our forms, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are allowed to share it, and that sharing it does not infringe anyone's rights. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, edit, publish and adapt what you submit (including product names, descriptions and links) on CustomerBot and in material that promotes it. We may edit, shorten, fact-check, delay or reject any submission, and we write profiles from the vendor's own public pages, not from marketing copy alone. Submitting does not guarantee a listing or a particular position.

If you use our Get matched form and ask for setup help, we share your answers with an independent implementer we match you with, who may pay us a referral fee. The introduction is free for you. Any work, quote or contract is between you and that implementer. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for their services.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• break the law or anyone's rights while using the site;
• send false, misleading, spam or malicious content through our forms;
• try to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
• copy large parts of the site, or scrape it in bulk, to build a competing database or republish our content without permission;
• present our content as your own, or suggest that we endorse you when we do not.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The site's text, data compilations, tables, design and calculator are owned by 42TSM LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Vendor names, product names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the products we describe, and their use does not imply any endorsement or partnership unless we say so.

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email hello@42tsm.com with details and we will look into it promptly.

Links to other sites

We link to vendors' websites and other sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, prices or privacy practices. Your dealings with any vendor are between you and that vendor.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, 42TSM LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including decisions to buy or not buy a product. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. That includes liability for fraud and, where applicable, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your rights as a consumer under EU or UK consumer law.

Indemnity

If you are a business (for example a vendor or sponsor), you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from content you submit or from your breach of these terms. This does not apply to consumers where local law does not allow it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes will be heard by the courts located in Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live (for example in the EU or the UK), and you may also bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Changes apply from that date; if you keep using the site, the updated terms apply. Paid placements already booked follow the terms agreed when they were booked.
